離島など配送先住所により配送ができない場合がございます。

オーダー後に配送先住所の変更はできません。

現在ラッピングサービスは行っておりませんのでご了承ください。

 

配送料

配送料は配送先住所に基づき算出されます。

 

配送期間

オーダーの受付から確認まで3－14営業日かかることがございます。

オーダーの確定から30営業日以内での発送となり、配送業者の都合により、期間が前後することがございます。(商品によってはオーダー確定から制作に入る都合上、さらに期間を頂く場合がございます。個別商品ページよりご確認ください。)

 

※日本国外への配送の場合、関税は含まれません。別途お客様のご負担となります。

Delivery period

It may take 3-14 business days from order acceptance to confirmation.

It will be shipped within 30 business days after the order is confirmed, and the period may be changed depending on the convenience of the delivery company. (Depending on the product, it may take more time for the production to start after the order is confirmed. Please check the individual product page.)

 

About customs duties

The price does not include customs duties. The customer will be charged separately. Please also note that cancellations due to additional taxation requests will not be accepted.

Cancel order

We do not accept cancellation of products due to customer's convenience

About return / exchange of ordered products

We cannot accept returns / returns after the product has been shipped. We will only exchange if the product is defective.
